Ayo Sokale already has an enviable amount of knowledge, experience, training and careers under her belt. She is a Civil Engineer with the Environment Agency, and was running sustainability campaigns as the former Deputy Mayor of Reading, and is a hugely popular and knowledgeable keynote and inspirational speaker, particularly on subjects like women in STEM, diversity and neurodiversity. In recent years, Ayo has felt more able to talk about being on the autism spectrum. She has a diagnosis of Asperger’s syndrome and is an empathetic and inspirational keynote speaker on neurodiversity, mental health challenges and how to overcome them.
